While the AI produces highly useful estimates that can save you hours of manual work, all measurements generated by AI are estimates and must be verified on-site before being relied upon for any construction, procurement, or contractual purposes.
You are responsible for verifying all measurements on-site. RenoCalc is designed to be a powerful starting point — not a replacement for professional measurement and surveying.
How to get 100% accurate results: Once you download the Excel spreadsheet, open the Rooms Input sheet and update the room dimensions with your verified on-site measurements. Every formula across all trades will automatically recalculate, giving you a fully accurate, site-verified quote.
RenoCalc, its founders, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for any losses, damages, or costs arising from reliance on AI-generated measurements without independent on-site verification.
By accessing or using RenoCalc (the "Service"), including our web application at app.renocalcapp.com and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RenoCalc is an AI-powered renovation quoting platform that analyses uploaded floor plans to generate detailed renovation quotes including room measurements, material calculations, labour estimates, and trade-specific breakdowns. The Service produces output in PDF and/or Excel format depending on your subscription plan.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

The quotes, measurements, material lists, and labour estimates generated by RenoCalc are provided as estimates only. AI analysis of floor plans has inherent limitations:

All content, formulas, templates, algorithms, and software comprising RenoCalc are the exclusive intellectual property of RenoCalc and its founder. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the output (PDF/Excel quotes) for your own business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the underlying templates or formulas.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenoCalc and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on AI-generated measurements or estimates without on-site verification. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We take your privacy seriously. Floor plans and project data are processed for the sole purpose of generating your quote and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm RenoCalc or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
